- Assist in HR functions, manage accounts, and support administrative tasks.
- Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Assist in payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Support budgeting and accounting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, full-time position with standard working hours.
