Description
- At least 2 years of relevant Project Implementations in Oracle HCM Module – Performance Management (Responsible for Goals, Performance Reviews) with involvement in system enhancements and configuration
- Configure eligibility profiles, performance roles, and document types
- Manage value sets, lookups, notifications, and box chart labels
Requirements
- 2 years in Oracle HCM
- Amenable to 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH
- Night shift schedule
