- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Maintaining employee records.

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. College Graduate. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain employee records, ensure confidentiality, manage HR policies, and assist in recruitment processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
