Description
- Clean and sanitize all public areas of the restaurant including dining rooms, restrooms, entryways, and staff areas
- Perform regular floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and windows
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries in restrooms
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness when needed (e.g., floors, walls, garbage bins)
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
