- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, outstanding customer service, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage bookings, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require shift work including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
