Delivery Helper

Job Description
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to designated locations.
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a delivery or logistics role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, maintain accurate records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require lifting and moving packages.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
