Description
- Provide an inventory report of items that have been ordered and are needed at a later date
- Reviews equipment quotes for completeness, ensuring they include customer signature, terms, selling price, advises equipment sales specialist if any information is missing
- Create contracts for proper billing, establish the yearly equipment tariff, generate monthly billing of equipment, coordinates with procurement and warehouseman
- Manage the allocation and utilization of heavy equipment to meet project requirements
- Coordinate equipment movements between job sites
- Monitor equipment usage to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including make, model and serial numbers
- Conduct Periodic equipment inventories to verify accuracy
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience
