  • Assist healthcare professionals in patient care.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
  • Help with activities of daily living, such as feeding and bathing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Support emotional and mental well-being of patients.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Medical Terminology, IP DRG Coding, Outpatient Coding, and HEDIS. Must have HEDIS Abstractor skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist healthcare professionals, manage patient data, ensure compliance with coding standards, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential exposure to patients in a clinical setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, and excellent communicator.
