Coordinates with the head office of the availment of Medical and diagnostic series of approval
Labels rotates supplies
Checks correctness of the statement of account before sending to HMO partners
Evaluates contract for affiliation of doctors and facility and makes recommendation for the company's corporate secretary for signature and approval.
Processes reconciliation for doctor's professional fees.
Visits HMO partners once a month to maintain good partnership.
Makes quarterly survey for feedback's, comments and suggestions.
Coordinates with HMO billing department for delay payments.
Makes proposal for new services offer.
To perform other duties as may be required by the management.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or at least College Undergraduate
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in healthcare or related fields
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in data entry and encoding, strong coordination, and communication skills; attention to detail; evaluation and analytical abilities; interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
Working Conditions: Fast-paced clinical environment, flexible hours may be required
Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
