We are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join our team as Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and innovative content package offerings, to expand market reach and revenue streams.

  • Oversee the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print media ,TV, etc.) to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Manage and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.

  • Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong focus on ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including content, technology, and customer service, to ensure seamless and positive customer experience.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the Pay TV, telecommunications, or subscription-based service industry is a must.

  • A demonstrable track record of successfully developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that have delivered significant revenue growth and customer acquisition.

  • Deep understanding of the Pay TV market dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving consumer behavior.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.  

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
