About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong culinary expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Develop and innovate menus that reflect the brand’s concept and culinary direction.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Manage inventory, food costing, and waste control to optimize profitability.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with management for menu planning, special events, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in professional kitchens, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or head chef role.
• Graduate of Culinary Arts or related course preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and cost control.
• Creativity in developing new dishes and improving existing ones.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is an advantage.
