Job Description:

1. In alignment with the company's strategy, implement the execution of the company's KOL/agent/partner policies to collaboratively build a stable and high-quality KOL promotion system;

2. Familiar with major social media platforms such as YouTube and Twitter, as well as crypto communities, and capable of effectively expanding both domestic and international KOL channels to establish promotional partnerships for the platform;

3. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and strive to convert them into collaboration opportunities, assisting existing KOLs in achieving channel performance;

4. Support the company's management system for KOLs/agents/communities and execute various agent management tasks;

5. Promote the platform's brand wholeheartedly, maintaining the platform's image and reputation;

6. Stay updated on local industry development trends and competitor movements, providing timely feedback to respond from a market expansion and higher-dimensional perspective;

Requirements

Job Requirements:
1. At least 1 year or more of contract business development experience, or over 2 years of experience in business/sales in the crypto industry;
2. Possess extensive KOL resource channels, or have a personal market expansion methodology that can quickly open up markets;
3. Strong sense of direction and goals, highly self-driven, and result-oriented;
4. Good personal qualities, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
5. Execute various market and marketing activities for the company on a global scale;
6. Possess strong market insight and sensitivity, able to quickly respond to market dynamics and make adjustments, assisting in the improvement of platform contract products.
