Description
将来的には管理部部門での業務全般を統括して頂きます。
経理・財務はもちろんですが人事・給与・総務・採用・部員のマネージメント等、幅広くお任せいたします。
■経理 財務
・資金調達管理(金融機関折衝) ・資金繰り表作成 ・税効果会計 ・財務戦略 ・決算業務
・予算の策定/実績の把握及び分析
■総務 法務
・契約書/文書管理
・ファシリティマネジメント
■人事 労務
・給与、社保 ・採用、育成、教育 ・労務(勤怠、就業規則、雇用契約)
※一度に全てではなく、段階的に業務の引継ぎを行っていきます
Requirements
- 職種: 管理者マネージャー
- 学歴: 高卒以上
- 経験レベル: 3年以上5年未満の関連経験
- スキルと能力: マネジメント経験、経理または人事など管理部門の専門知識
- 責任と業務: 部門の運営管理、業務改善の提案
- 労働条件: フルタイム、週40時間
- 特性: リーダーシップ、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00·休憩60分、
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
