Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Growth Marketing Manager responsible for driving user growth, community expansion, and grassroots brand engagement. The ideal candidate is a digital native with offline operational capability, possessing hands-on experience in managing social media, collaborating with KOLs, and organizing impactful regional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized social media strategies across multiple platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Manage and expand the regional KOL/influencer network; negotiate and track collaboration projects.

• Plan and execute offline events, community gatherings, hackathons, or co-branded activation events.

• Localize marketing campaigns initiated by headquarters and support business development (BD) and product launches through regional engagement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with local community management and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Set and report on regional growth key performance indicators (KPIs), such as registration numbers, referrals, interaction rates, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or KOL/social media-related roles.

• Experience managing influencers and content creators; familiar with marketing campaign tracking tools.

• Hands-on experience organizing offline events and community activities.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of executing quickly.

• Experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, or startups is preferred.
