About the Role:

Get Staffed ANZ is seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer / Flipbook Designer to bring marketing concepts to life through a visually compelling flipbook. This creative asset will be used to showcase promotional products to clients, convey key messages, and elevate our brand through engaging, animated storytelling.

You may work closely with a Creative Lead or Brand Manager to ensure the final product aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives, while still allowing for creative input and originality.

This project offers an exciting opportunity to craft a unique piece of visual marketing content that combines animation, creativity, and branding in a powerful and engaging way.

Conceptualization & Design

• Develop an original flipbook concept aligned with the project brief and brand identity.
• Present creative ideas and iterate based on feedback.
• Finalize artwork and frame sequencing for a cohesive narrative flow.

Creation & Production

• Create the individual frames or assets for the flipbook using photography, video, or digital illustration.
• Ensure visual consistency and effective storytelling throughout.

Communication & Collaboration

• Maintain open communication regarding project progress.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including a Creative Lead or Brand Manager, to refine visuals and messaging.
• Adapt designs based on feedback to align with project and branding goals.

About You:

You’re a creative thinker with a strong design sensibility and a knack for telling stories through visual mediums. You enjoy translating ideas into impactful visuals and understand the power of animation and motion in marketing.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience creating flipbooks, animations, or similar visual storytelling formats (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of animation principles like timing, pacing, and composition.
• Artistic flair and attention to detail, with a great eye for colour, layout, and visual flow.
• Clear understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Application Requirement:

To be considered for this role, you will need to provide a portfolio or samples of relevant creative work that you have independently conceptualised and produced. This should clearly demonstrate your design ability, storytelling skills, and suitability for the project.
