Design and implement high-performance backend services, including APIs, microservices, and databases, ensuring system stability and high availability;

Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, smart contract developers, and product managers to clarify project requirements and ensure seamless integration between on-chain and off-chain processes;

Work with DevOps engineers to optimize and maintain the CI/CD pipeline, achieving efficient deployment and high-quality code delivery;

Possess the ability to identify and resolve complex backend system issues, with a focus on system stability and performance.

At least 7 years of backend development experience, with the ability to build stable, scalable, and secure backend systems;

Experience working with centralized exchanges (CEX) and familiarity with trading systems;

Proficient in backend languages and development frameworks such as Golang and Rust, and skilled in JavaScript. Able to quickly learn new languages;

Deep understanding of API development principles and experience in developing RESTful services;

Strong knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (such as Redis) including design, management, and migration strategies;

Familiar with CI/CD toolchains (such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) and possess relevant implementation experience;

Proactively explore and apply new technologies to continuously enhance product and code quality;

Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;

Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time, recognized institution;

Good communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
