• Accurately weighing and mixing chemical compounds to specific formulations
• Pouring mixed resin into silicone molds, ensuring proper filling, and dealing with any issues that arise.
• Cleaning, smoothing, sanding, and polishing the finished resin pieces to a high standard.
• Operating machinery used in the resin casting process
• Inspecting cast products for defects, such as cracks or misalignment ,and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and molds

• At least high school graduate
• willing to work as on-call resin caster
• Knowledge or experience in resin, mold-making, or related manufacturing is preferred
• With good hand-eye coordination
• Willing to work as on call caster
