• Responsible for the monitoring of all activities in mixing/tipping/batching operations.
• Adheres to GMP rules at all times.
• Prepares the mixing/tipping/batching area as to GMP requirements. Prepares all raw materials needed for the production lines.
• Ensures that the outer packaging of raw materials is manually stripped prior to transfer into mixing room.
• Assists the dry mixer operator, tipping operator, and batch preparator to prepare equipment as to correct parameter setting. Avoid temporary repairs.
• Ensures that all production paraphernalia, like powder, container, scoops, sieves, stillages, working table and calibrated weighing balance are all in good condition.
• Ensures that non-conforming products are properly segregated. Powder for disposal from sweeping materials should be properly accounted. Cleans the production area and removes accumulated waste from the production line activities.
• Renders proper turn over with co-worker of the next immediate shift.
• Accomplishes Batch Preparation Control Form.
• Reports to Production Supervisor in case of abnormalities and problems encountered during equipment trouble
• Responsible in checking and recording of quality of product produced, and in accordance with QMS standards.
• Keeps and maintains cleanliness on all area by keeping walls and floors free from dirt, foreign matters and cobwebs.
• Abides by the Company’s Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other Company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this Company; otherwise, the company shall lay down the appropriate disciplinary action.
• Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent, and within the quality and quantity standards of Nestle Philippines.
• Performs other functions and duties as maybe assigned or called for by his superiors.

EDUCATION

At least 2 years in college education of any course or its equivalent in training and development acquired in manufacturing company or from RMFI environment or high school graduate.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 5 months work experience from other manufacturing company or all new graduates subject to training.
