Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Payroll & Compliance: Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations and GAAP.
General Operations: Oversee daily operational workflows, streamline processes, and coordinate resource allocation across departments.
Project Support: Assist with operational projects, vendor coordination, and process optimization to enhance efficiency.
Data Management: Maintain organized records and input data into financial and operational systems.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or operations management.
Proficiency in accounting software and operational tools .
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
