About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Accounting Operations: Manage AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own BIR and SEC Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, GIS, and AFS.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly to annual reports and support decision-making with meaningful financial insights.
• Optimize Processes: Use and enhance SAP and other tools to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Develop People: Supervise and mentor junior accountants; foster a culture of integrity, accuracy, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in general accounting
• Strong working knowledge of BIR and SEC compliance
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (strongly preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Resides in or near Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Cainta, or Taytay or nearby cities
