Description
- Secures and maintains clients' record through effective, efficient and accurate verification of data information, posting receipts, recognition of sales and solving discrepancies
- Submission of sales and accounts receivable trade summary
- Reconciles discrepancies by obtaining, investigating and analyzing account information
- Preparation of SOA based on sales update
- Accounts reconciliation with the sales team
- Computation of commissions and sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting related course
- At least one (1) year relevant experience handling accounts receivables/payables
- Knowledge in any accounting software program is an advantage but not required
