- Accounting Operations
- Review and ensure completeness of billing details
- Oversee collection and initiates resolution of outstanding receivables
- Initiate issuance of credit memo related to billings
- Ensure regular reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Monitor related party transactions
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare consolidated monthly ManCom reports, including variance analysis
- Prepare quarterly consolidated statutory financial reports package for submission to SEC
- and PSE
- Prepare annual audited consolidated financial report package for submission to SEC and PSE
- Prepare consolidated budget reports (i.e. original, mid-year assessment and estimated actual)
- Prepare presentation materials (i.e., monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial
- reports) for ManCom, AuditCom and Board.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors for completion of audit
- Tax Management
- Assist in the completion and correctness of monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns to be filed
- Compute and prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns
- BSC Accounting or BS Accountancy graduate
- CPA board passer
- With experience in financial report preparation and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office
- Keen to details and organized
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills"
