Salary Range: PHP 28,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Sat | 8am - 5pm

Key Objectives:

  • Ensure the general management of office operations by overseeing legal processes, operational efficiency, internal communications, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage company facilities, including space planning, vendor contracts, vendor relations, and office support functions.
  • Formulate operational policies and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance compliance, and drive departmental performance.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and databases to ensure ease of access and strict confidentiality

Duties:

  • Drafting and Negotiation: Create, review, edit, and negotiate contracts, internal policies, systems, and service agreements with stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage potential legal and operational risks associated with contracts, procedures, and policies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with C-Level Executives and external partners to foster strong relationships, ensure clarity, and optimize legal and operational outcomes.
  • Contract Tracking and Renewal: Monitor and maintain records of all contracts, permits, and business agreements to ensure timely renewals and compliance, preventing service disruptions.
  • Defending Company Interests: Support the protection of the company legal and business interests during disputes or negotiations.
  • Negotiating Terms: Apply industry knowledge to secure favorable terms in dealings with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all systems, policies, and contracts are compliant with current regulations and internal standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track contract execution and vendor performance to identify areas for cost-saving, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Legal Updates Communication: Relay critical updates regarding legal obligations and changes to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide professional administrative support to C-Level Executives, including handling confidential information, scheduling, and project management tasks as needed.
