Summary:

The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, health, and appearance of gardens, lawns, and landscape areas. This includes planting, watering, pruning, and ensuring that outdoor areas are well-kept and presentable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscape areas.
• Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
• Trim, prune, mow grass, and remove weeds regularly.
• Apply fertilizers, soil treatments, and pest control when needed.
• Monitor plant health and report any disease or damage.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of garden areas.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor and comply with safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one (1) year of gardening experience.
• Knowledge of basic plant care and landscaping.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
