- Provide assistance to gaming players, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area.
- Promote special events and offers to customers effectively.
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate till operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist gaming players and promote gaming events.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
