- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and clerical duties.
- Ensure security by monitoring entry and exit protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain schedules.
