We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Designer with advanced proficiency in Figma to join our growing team. This role is critical to the design and development of engaging, user-focused digital experiences across our web properties. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design expertise with a strategic understanding of user experience and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and accessible web pages and digital interfaces using Figma
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, development, and UX
• Translate business and user requirements into visually compelling design solutions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of professional experience in web or digital design
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and team libraries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric, responsive design solutions
• Understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers
• Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
