Description

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
  • Assist in addressing guest inquiries and special requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring standing for long periods.
