Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office, strong written communication, scheduling, organizational skills, time management, and effective communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; potential for high interaction with clients.
