- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office, scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential.
