  • Assist various departments on site to collect office supplies, supervise nannies and security guards daily, and solve various problems in the cleanliness of the on-site area, count related asset matters, and assist superiors in completing tasks
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
  • Manage phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle scheduling and appointment management.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide general information and support to guests and staff.
  • College Graduate
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in communications or business.
  • 6-12months as Receptionist Computer Literate
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, 
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and resourceful.
