- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
- Manage phone calls and redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure a positive first impression of the company.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills, strong scheduling abilities, time management, and written communication; proficient in MS Office; knowledge of help desk operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, requiring multitasking and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
