• To liaise with Airlines / Co-loader / Shipping liner agents as well as International agents for shipment booking, arrangement, and movement (Import & Export)
• To communicate with internal team members and Departments to smoothen shipment movement and process
• Preparation of documents for Air and Sea freight export/import shipments
• Monitoring of import/export shipment movement (in all areas).
• Monitor and reply emails from local and international clients / shipping liners / co-loaders with regards to shipment status, or other inquiries related to assigned task.
• Updating and submission of daily report
• Filing of documentation after shipment closed

• Age: 30 to 38 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing/ Accountancy, BS. Customs Administration
• At least 2 years work experience in Air & Sea freight import and export monitoring with document preparation
• Must have a very good understanding of Air and Sea freight sales concepts, methods, and techniques
• Interpersonal skills: Must be able to develop strong work relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients
• Proficiency in Computer: Microsoft Office applications. Should also be willing to learn new programs and logistics applications
• Very good communication skill whether it is via email, over the phone, or face-to-face
• Must be able to schedule their work activities on a daily basis.
• It is also important for Him or Her to be skilled in handling multiple tasks, such as making phone calls and sending emails or instant messages to clients and co-workers simultaneously
• Negotiation skills: He or She can influence clients taking a position that confers maximum benefit to the company
