Fraud Prevention Specialist – Alabang

Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial transactions and fraud concerns.
- Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases following company protocols.
- Assist customers in securing their accounts and preventing unauthorized transactions.
- Document all cases accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues promptly.
- Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- At least Senior High School Graduate or 2 years completed in college.
- Minimum of 1 year international voice BPO experience handling Financial or Fraud accounts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang with a shifting schedule and 2 fixed days off.
