- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a dining setting.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of food service areas.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as needed.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle cash and assist with transactions as required.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, ability to work in a team, and basic food safety knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in kitchen operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with varying shifts, often requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, punctual, and attention to detail.
