Description
- Greeting and seating guests politely.
- Presenting menus, taking food & beverage orders, and serving meals.
- Assisting with buffet service or banquets if required.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required).
- Hospitality or food service training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality is preferred but many entry-level dining staff jobs offer on-the-job training.
