Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Analyze guest feedback to improve service and offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage management or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management, quality control, and strong work ethic; excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, manage staff, and handle documentation related to the department.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
