- Responsible for catching and farming aquatic products, ensuring quality and safety.
- Regularly inspect and maintain fishing gear and equipment.
- Understand aquatic ecology and select appropriate fishing areas.
- Comply with fisheries regulations and sustainable fishing principles.
- Collaborate with other fishermen to share information and resources.
- Participate in market sales and promote local aquatic products.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Associate degree or higher, with a preference for aquaculture or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a certain knowledge of fishery practices.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in the use and maintenance of fishing gear, with strong observation and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the harvesting, farming, and management of aquatic products, ensuring the production efficiency of the fishery.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoors, must be adaptable to changing weather conditions and aquatic environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and patient, able to collaborate with a team, and possess a degree of adaptability.
