Description

We are on the lookout for dynamic, driven, and customer-oriented professionals to be part of our growing team as Financial Solutions Consultants. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a brand ambassador within partner bank branches, offering tailored financial and insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of customers. Your mission is to foster lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth, and represent our company with integrity and excellence.


  • Represent our insurance products within assigned bank branches and build rapport with both clients and bank personnel.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Traditional and Variable insurance solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with bank staff to optimize referral opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Submit timely reports to the Area Sales Head regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with financial trends and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience; insurance or banking industry background is a plus.
  • Candidates with a strong sales record in non-insurance industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident, consultative approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance and a client-centric mindset.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in assigned bank branches and start within 15 days.
