Job Responsibilities
• Full Product Lifecycle Management: Conduct market research, requirements analysis, feature design, development coordination, launch facilitation, performance evaluation, and iterative optimization for trading products.
• User- and Data-Driven Development: Identify and analyze user needs, leverage multidimensional trading data (volume, retention, conversion rates, risk alerts, etc.), and propose actionable optimization and innovation initiatives to continuously enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Risk Control & Operations Integration: Partner with the risk team to design risk limits, liquidation models, and other control mechanisms; collaborate with operations to monitor product performance and respond swiftly to incidents.
• Industry Insight: Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings in digital assets, blockchain, and traditional derivatives (equities, options, futures, contracts), and recommend differentiated product strategies.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), process flowcharts, and user manuals; support internal and external training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Internet product manager, with end-to-end involvement from requirements gathering through launch and iteration.
• Familiarity with derivative trading logic for equities, options, futures, or cryptocurrency contracts, including basic understanding of leverage, margin, margin calls, and liquidation.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder interests and drive solution implementation.
• Preferred: CFA, FRM, or other relevant financial certifications.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of major cryptocurrency exchange contract products and risk-control models.
• Experience in designing matching engines, clearing and settlement systems, or quantitative trading platforms.
• Technical or programming background enabling deep technical collaboration with engineering teams.
