Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Unit Manager to join our team. The Junior Unit Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from identifying staffing needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role plays a critical part in helping the company attract and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.

• Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person).

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal hiring policies.

• Support onboarding processes for new hires.


Preferred Skills:

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Ability to assess candidates beyond resume.

• Familiarity with employer branding strategies.

Requirements

  • College Graduate of any course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 21 to 40 years old only
  • No experience needed for as long as willing to attend Online Trainings (Every Saturday, Twice a month only)
  • Bachelor’s degree of any course.
  • Strong sourcing skills via BossJob, LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
