Description
- We are actively looking for a Finance Support Staff to join our team! If you have a passion for finance, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills, we want YOU to be part of our growing company!
- Assists with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable function, including processing in invoice, expense reports and payments
- Assists in monitoring daily Payment Gateway Performance
- Assist in preparing and monitoring Request for Payment (RFP), liquidation/ reimbursement documents and weekly SnapEx reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Provide administrative support to finance as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Related Field.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
