Description
- Manage financial records, prepare reports, and analyze costs.
- Manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure financial goals are met.
- Lead audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Job Title: Financial Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in financial management, cost accounting and bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in bookkeeping, financial literacy, strong communication, and cost accounting.
- Working Conditions: MS Office Excel setting with standard hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and team player.
