1. Responsible with the high degree of interaction with the Bank.
2. Responsible with the preparation and execution of corporate finance transactions which would involve:

• cash flow management
• financial modeling
• analysis of the Group's operations and financials
• compiling benchmark ratios/ metrics
• project feasibility studies
• loan applications and;
• writing information memoranda

3. Responsible with the preparation and creation of reports for the shareholders.

4. Participate in credit/ investment discussions and assist in the preparation of all necessary documents requested by these counter-parties.

5. Contribute with the Business development by:

• conceptualization / feasibility studies
• establishing and implementation of policies

• With 2 to 4 year s of working experience in Corporate Finance
• Graduates with the degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can deliver work timely with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting reports and recommendations
• Communicates effectively with executives, employees and other stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills
