The Finance Analyst supports the finance team in handling finance tasks related to sales audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and finance projects. The Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial health by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to guide business decisions. This role involves preparing and evaluating financial performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Finance Analyst collaborates with various departments to optimize processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry: Recording daily financial transactions into accounting software.
• Accounts Management: Processing invoices, managing accounts payable, tracking receivables, and monitoring bills. 
• Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audit reports. 
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated financial records and filing documents. 
• Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks to support the accounting team and processes. 
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal controls and potentially with government regulations. 
• Auditing Assistance: Performing audits of daily transactions and submitting adjusting entries as needed.
• Others: Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Education: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles.

Role-Related Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level). Familiarity with accounting software and platforms (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Mirakl) is advantage but not required.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to work with data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Communication: Good communication skills for dealing with vendors, teams, and management.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and provide solutions.
