Financial Analyst/ Accounting Officer is a professional who is responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions. Financial Analyst/ Accounting Officer prepares financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and communicates financial information to management.

● Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes

● Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis

● Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

● Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations

● Identify and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects

● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

● Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting 

● Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

● 3 to 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related field

● Actual exposure with BIR/Tax Compliance

● Actual exposure in Auditing

● Actual exposure in preparation of Financial Statements and Financial Reports

● Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial/accounting software
