Requirements

• With Degree of Accountancy or Accounting-related course
• With at least 3 yrs experience
• With experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transaction
• With experience handling more than 1 staff
• With working experience in the same industry
• With experience in any accounting systems
• Home base: Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the accounting department
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies
• Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Collaborate with other departments to support business goals
