The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting support, financial reporting, compliance, and cost monitoring.
This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supports regulatory compliance, and assists in the development of cost control strategies.
The Finance Supervisor coordinates closely with internal departments and external partners to support financial planning, audits, and process improvements.
The position plays a key role in maintaining internal controls and promoting efficiency in finance-related processes while providing essential support to the Finance Manager or Controller.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Acumatica)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required
Training in BIR compliance, tax computation, and audit procedures is an advantage
Integrity and strong ethical judgment

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
