- Managing GL Team & accountants to ensure timely delivery of financial reports and adherence to quality standards
- Compiling financial reports for external and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring reports comply with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Ensure stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors are provided with information for timely review and ensure appropriate action is taken from the feedback received
- Coordinating and managing audits by external auditors and ensuring the audit process runs smoothly
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Evaluating, developing, and administering accounting systems/new ERP and practices that comply with GAAP, and bank regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization
- Ad hoc support for related accounting/reporting inquiries, finance, tax, and treasury.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have at least 5 years solid experience in Accounting
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Accounting (GL, AP, AR, and Tax)

- Applicant must be willing to be assigned to Cebu City Office
