Schedule: Remote with regular in-person sessions

The Finance & Operations Manager will oversee Finance, HR, Admin, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Ops, reporting directly to C-level leaders across markets. You’ll drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and statutory compliance, while ensuring accurate reporting, strong cash flow, and cost controls.

You’ll also manage HR strategies, legal contracts, and scalable admin/compliance processes to support rapid growth. This hybrid role is based in the Philippines, with remote work and in-person sessions in NCR or Pampanga. Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in investment banking, Big 4 audit, and high-growth tech or SaaS environments.

• Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting
• Oversee statutory compliance, tax, labor, and corporate regulatory filings across jurisdictions
• Maintain robust financial controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage capital allocation
• Monitor cash flow, implement cost control strategies, and optimize spending
• Develop and scale HR, admin, legal, and compliance frameworks
• Drive operational efficiency and support cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with C-level and external stakeholders across the region

• CFA, CPA, or equivalent, with deep knowledge of Philippine FRS and statutory reporting
• (Bonus: Familiarity with Southeast Asian financial regulations)
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, KPI reporting, and financial modeling
• Background in investment banking, Big 4 audit, or similar high-performance financial environments
• Proven success in audit readiness, compliance, cost control, and cash flow management
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and ERP/automation tools; capable of building reporting systems from scratch
• Experience scaling lean Finance & Ops teams in fast-growing tech or SaaS setups
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
